Jon Crouch is well-known in Las Palmas where he has been working for the last 13 years. Previous to this he has worked on mainland Spain (Alicante) and the Caribbean (St. Lucia).

Jon's skills set come from a combination of these boat based jobs, his time in the Royal Marines and owning his wooden boat for 31 years. He personally rebuilt this boat to make his 2nd ocean crossing in 1994, together with

his family. 

​

Since then Jon has made a further two Atlantic crossings and bought his second boat which he is rebuilding.

​

His main areas of work here in Las Palmas are watermakers, wind steering and charging systems as well as eletrical/mechanical and general fault finding.

 

Jon is an Approved Dealer for Schenker.
